- Yes I am back.. better than ever. In case you don't know.. no I didn't go to L.A. this last weekend. I fell ill on Thursday and spent 7 hours in the San Leandro Hospital ER. Now I won't go on about details of why I was there. Let's just say it was woman issues, I was in lots of pain and lost a substantial amount of blood. Enough to go into shock. A few good things came out of this. I lost 5 lbs over the weekend, and my blood pressure is much lower. I could go on about where I got poked/prodded, and how much it hurt, but that's too much for my male readers. Haha.
- I am disappointed that I didn't go to SoCal, but I figure God does stuff for a reason. I got a lot of rest, I'll tell you that. And I'm sick of Dukes of Hazzard, Sunset Tan and MTV's Making The Band with grown 20 something ghettofabulous men crying when they don't make the cut. I also watched Beethoven's 3rd, 4th and 5th. A lot of Judge Reinhold. Oh and the movie Night Shift with Henry Winkler playing a dork, Michael Keaton in a loincloth, and Shelley Long playing a hooker. Now that was lovely. I also learned that Burt Bacharach wrote "That's What Friends Are For". Interesting.
- I did spend some extra time with my folks this weekend, which was good. Took my parents and Michelle to dinner at Dennys on Saturday night, and on Sunday I took them to Newpark Mall. My mom got me some new flipflops and sneakers. Nice since I only had 2 pairs of shoes anyway. My flipflops are almost worn completely down. Thanks Payless Shoe Source for your buy 1 get 1 free sale!
- I haven't been to the gym or exercising since last Tuesday, which sucks. I am planning on going walking with Michelle most of this week. I need to get back in the groove.
- Oh yeah one more thing. Neither the ER doctor nor my gynocologist could find anything "wrong". Just heavy bleeding. More probs next month may warrant further investigations into the mystery of what I call my uterus.
